I am so glad I used this company. Luke and Troy were the electricians and they put a GCIF outlet for us and did it the same day and less than 30 minutes. They called and were there promptly at the time they said they would be. They also beat the competitors price. They were so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any of my other projects or repairs.

The employees are very polite, caring individuals who make service and excellence a priority. We’ve been pleased with everything fro which they have provided service, information or answers for questions. There was no charge for this work because of the service membership plan.

We had our fall heating & a/c unit serviced. Paschall’s representative did a very thorough inspection & we felt confident in their report that our unit was ok. We also scheduled them to get our hot water unit flushed & that is upcoming. We took the service plan as it seems to provide a lot of service for the monthly fee. We would recommend them.

First Class operation !! Very well organized. Prompt responses, Service technicians are very knowledgeable, responsive and careful of your home (shoe covers, etc.). I particularly like Chuck in service, who has been out to our place a couple of times. You can trust him (as well as others in the company that I have had contact with) Honest and respectful. Great company to do business with.

I could not be happier with our Paschal service visit. Our service rep, Ulises Mendez, was absolutely exemplary in all aspects of his performance. He was friendly, considerate and professional. Upon completion of the service, he briefed me on everything he had done, showing me photos when applicable, and explained his recommendations. As a result, when he left, we had complete confidence in the work he had done and felt comfortable knowing we could count on Paschal to take care of any future issues. If all your service reps perform to Mr. Mendez's standards, your company and your customers are in good hands. Thanks!

Just recently purchased a brand new home HVAC unit, install was great and there was some items left off the install paperwork ie: New wood for closet furnace and surge protector for outdoor unit. Told installer about it and he took care of it without any push back! I appreciate the great customer service from the installer going above and beyond to take care of us. The work he did was very clean and precise! Definitely recommend Paschal, So much so we are using them for a big plumbing job.

Our service rep Sterling was fantastic. Punctual, professional and a good listener. He gave us recommendations and fixed our leaky sink in no time. Couldn’t ask for a better person to come fix our problem. The online booking process was quick and straight forward too. Highly recommend Paschal.

One of my HVAC units was not working properly . I contacted Paschal . Colton , service associate, came over and assessed the unit and suggested I needed to replace the unit. Colton was very professional and courteous. I was put in contact with Dillan Black, who went over the options, and explained each one. Based on his experience I decided on a unit . Dillan was also very professional, courteous and very helpful. My replacement was scheduled for a Saturday but was informed the unit came in and they would install it Friday, which was perfect timing . Levi and Issac were the two technicians who installed the unit . Excellent work ! Both were excellent in putting together the system. Great experience all around

My heat went out during a frigid weather event. Paschal was able to get a technician to my house very quickly (within a couple hours)! The tech, Brayden, was awesome. He was personable, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining the issues with my heater. He was able to make the necessary repairs on site. It was the best possible outcome for my situation. I just wanted say becoming a member with this service is beyond with it! Hvac ac systems are awesome but can be difficult to maintain. These guys are amazing they provide routine checks for free, but only twice a year which is understandable. The reason im writing a review now is bc they never try and up sale you on anything that isn't necessary. I also want to give a person shout out to Harry you did great work so thank you!!!
